Role: Onboarding & Automation Lead / Operations Specialist (Evolved from Virtual Assistant to leadership roles like "Onboarding Lead" & "COX")

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation and client onboarding systems.

Manage the complete technical setup of CRM platforms (GoHighLevel) for multiple brands.

Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies and outreach campaigns.

Create and standardize operating procedures (SOPs) and propose project management systems to improve efficiency.

Led the rebranding of PermaBoss to "ZiP (Zero Ink Printing)"; designed and finalized 3 logo versions and a complete Brand Style Guide.
